U.S. & Salvadoran governments react to Jesuit murders

An excerpt from Loyola Productions’ documentary BLOOD OF THE MARTYRS about the sacrifice of the Salvadoran martyrs.

Six Jesuits, their housekeeper, and the housekeeper’s daughter, were brutally murdered in 1989 by a US-trained and funded Salvadoran death squad. This clip examines the controversial relationship between the Reagan administration and the Salvadoran government. Interview subjects include: Ambassador William Walker, U.S. Rep. Jim McGovern, and Mario Valiente, a representative for the right-wing ARENA party.

This much anticipated documentary film is now available to watch on Amazon.com.
